Quentin “Q” Jacobsen and
Margo Roth Spieglman were friends once. After a harrowing experience as young
children the two drift apart. Quentin has happily spent his life blending in
among the other nerds in school while Margo has fought hard to become
a legend long before her 18th birthday. Now just
days away from graduating high school, Q wakes up to find his former friend;
the most popular girl in the 12th grade standing over his bed,
daring him to have an adventure. Following a spontaneous night of
exploits, Q prepares to reenter high school a changed man. With Margo by his
side, everything will be different, right?
But When Margo fails to
show up for school the following day, it’s like nothing ever happened. Everyone
assumes that she has simply run away for 100th time.Yet, Quentin knows there’s something more to her abrupt disappearance and enlists his loyal
friends to join him on a journey to track her down. Following a bunch of random clues
left behind in the wake of her departure, Quentin sets out to discover what
happened to Margo Roth Speiglman.
